It's been two weeks now and I'm still LOVING the results LiLash is giving me! I forgot to mention last week that I noticed that my eyes were a little bit bloodshot, but I've yet to experience any redness or puffiness that some other LiLash users have written about. I've only missed one application and am continuing to use it nightly before bed. I've gotten a few compliments from my friends this week and one of them even mentioned that my bottom lashes are getting slightly longer! 

I'm still amazed that this actually works! I'm such a skeptic when it comes to products like this and am often disappointed that I wasted money on something that did absolutely nothing, but if LiLash keeps working the way it has been it's sure to be a part of my "Holy Grail" beauty items!

My Mother's Day Wish List

My "B.E.F.F." (best e-friend forever), Lluvia, recently blogged about her Mother's Day wish list and I thought it was a cute idea to share with my readers!

I only want one thing for Mother's Day this year and since my son is only 2 years old, I guess I'll have to buy it for myself!

I first discovered Dalla Nonna jewelry in the Valentine's Day issue of Teen Vogue and then again in People Style Watch a few weeks later.  I love the vintage feel and the uniqueness of commemorating a date that is special to you. (I would get my son's birthday, March 25th)

They come in 14k rose, yellow and white gold as well as sterling silver and range from $125 to $615. You can customize them with a variety of gemstones and can choose up to two dates in a particular month. They also sell calendar bracelets which are strung on your choice of colorful faux suede.

The LiLash Experiment: Week 1

For those of you who have never heard of LiLash before, it's a fast-acting & powerful eyelash stimulator that claims to "grow the appearance of the longest, fullest lashes you've ever had" in mere weeks!

While there are dozens of lash stimulators on the market now, LiLash is the only one I've consistently heard good reviews about. The instructions say to give it 4-6 weeks to notice a difference, but a week in I'm already seeing results! The $139.97 price tag is less than desirable but personally, I don't mind spending money on a beauty product if it actually does what it's supposed to.

I'll keep you all posted on my progress, but I can already tell this is an amazing product!

Blondes Have More Fun!

So I've been "blonde" since the beginning of February, but I keep forgetting to blog about it. I just got it touched up last week and I made sure to take some pictures for you guys! My stylist Julie Ann (from Cutting Loose salon) is AMAZING! I'll never waste my time/money going to anyone else ever again. If you live in the Sarasota area, you should definitely go see her. 

No one has ever been able to take my hair anywhere near blonde before. It usually ends up some sort of reddish tone or they'll give me white blonde highlights on my black hair (yuck!), but Julie Ann has no problem giving a girl what she wants. She even successfully died the entire underside of my black hair Barbie blonde a few years back when I was going for that whole "two different looks" thing.

I'm gonna dye it black when Fall/Winter rolls around, but for now I'm having fun being as blonde as humanly possible for an Italian girl! I love playing around with different makeup shades and colors of clothing to see what looks best with my new hue!

Today I took a quick trip up to Zoey Bloom boutique in Tampa for a Rebecca Minkoff trunk show. I was lucky enough to shop her new designs and even meet her in person! She was super sweet (and stylish) and even signed my bags and posed for a picture with me!

I was kinda nervous so I didn't say much, but I did find out that her parents live in the area so she visits often. Maybe next time I see her I won't be so shy!

In the midst of my Spring cleaning I decided to purge a la Clean House! I have boxes upon boxes full of... STUFF that Neicy Nash would surely shake her manicured finger at.
